Return Process

  Place the heels in their original dust bags and branded box, ensuring they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
